2022-02-06 20:48:02 +0000 UTCINTC announced investment in fabs in AZ and OH @ 20B /site by 2025. Shouldn't that 40B go into Capex ? Also, have to consider that they will have to borrow that money (or some part of it at least, considering their current cash flow/income) at high interest rates.

2022-01-31 14:12:05 +0000 UTCThe news say Intel outbid Apple, which is already hard to believe because of the long relationship between Apple and tsmc. Intel is still competitor to tsmc. I don't think that they start to throw away strong customer relationships for a competitor who is trying to catch up. If it's true then it's big, but really hard to believe.
