To be honest, I feel the breasts don't look right in this image, probably been more satisfying if they were under her arms and squished a little. The nipples seem a bit flat and not 3d here, a slight pointy bulge of the breast would maybe increase 3d perspective, and a little more detailing on the nipples them selves. Everything else is spot on though.
