during the stream discussion for this one we came up with the backstory that Rody knew Izuku before he became a Forest God, and he hasn't seen him since their summer fling when they were teens, so seeing him again now, he doesn't care about his new godly powers, but he did miss him, and the feeling is mutual~

they thought a quirkless teacher would be an easy target, but they should know Deku-sensei doesn't appreciate being made late for class

quite happy with how it turned out, I so love a bit of Deku whump, he looks so pretty with a bit of blood

quirk flu

y'all wanted Katsuki miserable, and I remembered my old headcanons about quirk flu so that went together well~

quirk flu makes him extra sweaty and his control over his quirk tends to slip because of the fever and dizziness from being too hot

also that's his All Might blankie dedicated for when he gets sick. he's had it since he was nine and it's full of holes and scorch marks and he will never get rid of it
