Undervalued Recovery Stock

Hey Patreons, its time to add recovery stocks to your portfolio. This means cash flow positive and established companies that performed well during the crisis, but are expected to perform even better during a recovery and reopening of the economy.

Please take a look at Apple in this respect:

Lost 5% of share price over last 3 months.

Only 0.5% of short interest, smart money ain’t betting against apple.

Constant 10% annual growth in revenue and profits.

Apple has a 29% EBITDA – one of the highest in the market, and will only go up as transition to services and streaming continues.

Reopening revenues will increase due to 5G roll out as well, this is just the beginning of the 5G earnings for apple

Apple service revenues to double in the next five years, and it’s a double dip due to high margins.

This correction is a buying opportunity at a reasonable price. My target price is $163 which is over 30% of upside in an established, cash-flow positive and recovery friendly company. It’s a leader in its industry and will continue to be one and as Apple delivers more solid financial results, the stock price will go higher in the long, so buying the stock now when it dips makes most sense.

Please note that as with ANY post or video I make this is NOT financial advice and strictly my opinion and may be totally wrong. Do your own research please.  Note that past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Don't assume an investment will continue to do well in the future simply because it's done well in the past.

I currently do not hold a position in Apple. I plan to open a long position in the upcoming few days.

Goodmorning! Thanks Tom for all the wonderful content you create, keep up te great work! One question though, when looking at your price target for Apple which is at $163, you could consider closing the position. Or do you think your price target is up for revision and could be great content for a video in the near future? Kind regards, Reinder

Hello! Any opinions on still buying BNGO ? The movement is still going down everyday.

Cathie Wood speaking some strange stuff regarding BTC and TSLA, really odd. The Stock Market is leveling off, TSLA is overvalued and this correction has been long overdue. Hopefully, no one paid attention to calls to buy TESLA at $850

hi Tom, few of your previous analyzed stocks have also lost a couple of % (Dexcom -10%, DocuSign -16, Splunk -12%). I'm considering doubling my (small) position on it. Does your analysis still hold the current market? My initial thoughts are yes it is, as it's based on the company's balance sheet and market share.

Adrien

Good call, another bloodbath today though ugh..

Jeremy Parker

I like that you not just talking about flashy stocks

Brett

We are talking about recovery stocks aka businesses with strong Balance Sheets. You business is rubbish: no revenue and no positive cash flow. If you want to speculate I don´t think you should follow Tom, there are Youtubers way better than him in doing it. Tom has a long time period horizon ;-)

Mark

Tom, as a buy don´t you think MSFT could be even better than AAPL ?

Mark

Is NNVC a good buy?

Adrian Vazquez

Whenever I hear talk about investing in Apple I'm reminded of Bobby Axelrod :-)

This market dip doesn't look like it's quite over yet 😬

I've YOLO'D everything on NASDAQ, so your post brings me a sign of relief. Long live NASH

Anyone else not getting patreon notifications

Good call. I own Apple and am considering adding to the position. Under the "recovery" theme, I'd also welcome any picks you might have in hotels, airlines, or some other suggestion for those of us who already own a ton of tech stocks 🤔.

already in, Apple is definitely a strong buy in my opinion

Tom Deschenes

In silicon valley, most people who drive exotics were employee shareholders. Love or hate, Apple always does what it needs to keep share prices growing

Chris Orso

I have bought a ton of shares of Apple a few days ago 🤩🤩🤩
