The lighting was not originally going to be underneath but I was like "hmm...what if?" and then got kinda ballsy with everything. I struggled with trying to figure out how to shade his forms and bring out flatter areas of color with the lighting.

So I originally started this piece in one of my new sketchbooks I got. I wasn't sure what to draw on the first page cause honestly, that's always a bit daunting. But, I was in a discord call in my server and I had a good friend of mine suggest I draw this man.
It's been a while since I've visited drawing Squobi more seriously. I've sketched him this year but those were just kinda idle doodles.

So a few weeks back I saw a lot of big women on my Twitter feed and I felt inspired to draw my own. I honestly haven't really drawn her properly since like....2011. Iris is part of my Forest Dwellers storyline. She lives with Dyre and Tee. Her power is aiding the flora through their yearly life cycle as Dyre guides the seasons forward.

Pom (formerly Cherry) had a bit of a tumultuous start. At some point last week, Blue had an idea for a character with these markings/colors but didn't know what to do with her. He only had a vague idea so, I offered to take her off his hands and then I started rolling with ideas and fleshed out a whole personality for her.
Turns out that he wasn't vibing with my ideas so after some discussion and planning, she now has a twin (now named Cherry). Cherry is still getting ehr personality fles...
