3 Companies That Will Explode This Quarter

Hey Patreons,

Here is a heads up play you might want to consider for Monday. On Friday we found out that Microsoft, Oracle and Salesforce are creating COVID vaccine passports for the government. That project is going to be massive and is not yet priced in the current share price. ORCL is now at $61.78 and will go up to at least $70. CRM is now at $213 and can go up to $260 quite soon and MSFT is now at $212 and can go to $225. Tom.

Hello any update on this ? Contribution will be to an open source project ... MSFT Oracle SalesForce may have revenus for selling/renting the user interface and or cloud computing but the core of the project is Open Source so there is no direct revenus from that ...

Hey Tom, just became a member. Been following you for a few weeks and have really enjoyed your content. Thanks for all the great laughs. I got in on BNGO on its last dip because of your video @ $8.10 was glad to see such a rise in such a short amount of time. I am new to the stock market and had hoped I could get some advice from people much more informed than myself. I have a stock I got into that is called OZSC and it has skyrocketed these last two weeks. It's a OTC stock but from everything I read it seems okay. Anyone else in this stock and have more info on what it's future is looking like.

Kristopher Keeler

I just bought $400 of Microsoft ($228 per share) on a hunch it will go up tomorrow because its EPS is tomorrow. Also just put $600 in Tesla because of its eps tomorrow. Was that the right move? Second guessing myself now

Joseph Lewis

Hey Tom, what do you expect from Tesla this week ? With earnings on Wednesday that is. Thanks keep up the awesome work !

Piotr Dastych

Hey Tom here I am on Patreon with you (; . Just bought MSFT and ORCL. Even though MSFT has already hit the 225$. I believe in them for the long term. But here's the question. When do YOU sell those stocks? What do you do when they hit your price target? cheers Reto

Reto Hendry

Does anyone know the discord id?

Daniel Virgen

I sold conservative puts which is in line with my income strategy 😊

Devil's advocate - counter argument re. ORCL: Their revenue, profit, etc are all flat-ish for 3 years. We are nicely above the 200d MA. Market appears to be using a difference pricing model than your DCF (justifiably(?) assumes growth is lower than the DCF). No game-changing new info to move the price.

Shai Machnes

Anyone know when this deal will be finalized? CRM's fiscal year ends Jan 31 – and it's by far their biggest.

Hey Shai that’s a great question and the simple answer is that all three companies are currently under value regardless of this. I ran a DCF on all three it’s part of my research and I think they’re currently under valued even without this new updated news so I just see the latest news as a catalyst the words in evitable which is the price in gap being closed so she’s companies have a lot of under pricing baked in

Generico Fakero

I understand why these companies will get a boost, but how did you estimate by how much they are likely to go up?

Shai Machnes

The original post has to do with opinion, trend, and decades of personal investing experience. What is my rationale for not investing is no different than Tom's rationale for not investing in Chinese companies. You may disagree or agree, it's moot. "This is, about stock investing". One should develop their own opinion, to know whether to buy or not buy a company, this includes morals.

Michael Smith

Let's not be political and turn this into a discussion of our personal political views. This is and should be about stock investing.

Chamath spoke about this concept with Rauol. Check out link around 16:10. https://youtu.be/gu3vvrLRyZM

Tom, remember your very rational reasons for not investing in China? I feel the same way and my portfolio reflects this sentiment. With regards to forced immunization, which is the whole nefarious reason for the these passports, I can not in good conscious make a profit off of something I feel so strongly against. That would be hypocritical on my part.

Michael Smith

How can I invest in the black market for immunity passports? I'm long on illegal passports.

Loren Saunders

I agree with Tom on this. Financially this makes sense.....but the thought of the Immune Passport is disgusting......

Mark White

None of this will impact long term share price. Look at these things long term. People may like or dislike the project but long term it will increase cash flow and the share price will go up.

Generico Fakero

Valid points of concern. I think being enterprise software they're relatively sheltered from negative pushback, although I suppose you could find business owners boycotting their services based on principle. End of the day though it's all about making money so as long as CRM executes and adapts I think they'll do just fine. Bill Gates on the other hand will be the face of this given his position and involvement with vaccines and research. Will be an interesting short week ahead.

Anthony Hunter

Good point. Wasn’t thinking about that, you have a huge point. Bill Gates so intertwined with conspiracies already. Thanks for sharing your idea. Change is just blow in on the wind. My opinion. Blahdiddy F’ing Doo.

William D Edwards

Tom, remember that this will affect Americans, who are the least tolerant collectively of change, and that there will be a considerable segment of this society who are prone to conspiracy assumptions (not to mention anti-_______ fill-in the blank). Companies who are publicly known to align themselves with a governmental identification program (health passports) required for travel, could likely sustain tremendous public ridicule and economic boycotting. Not to be political, but... January 6, 2021.

You da man, allegedly, blah, blah, motha f..... blah. lol. Happy Sat night, Tom.

Good catch Olga! 👊❤️

Generico Fakero

Monday, I wish. U.S. Stock and bond markets in the U.S. will be closed Monday, January 18 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr.
