The Rain Song WON! Majority of my patrons voted for this one - 31 votes VS. 17 for No Quarter.
This one is one of my favorite of Led Zeppelin - not that much vocally but instrumentally - so 70s, so hippie, so Woodstock.... But I never sang it with my tribute band in Russia - it was too low for me. And they never could play in different key. It had to be as original as possible. So I was always choosing high songs where Plant was screaming up there. Now as I download instrumentals from the internet - I am able to lift them up - maximum 3 steps higher, otherwise the sound will loose all the bottoms and will be too distorted. Being able to lift the tracks up I have much more variety of songs I can do. However the quality is not as good, so I have to sacrifice the quality to record the song...
