Hold Off on Patreon For a Bit
Added 2020-07-17 17:12:52 +0000 UTCI don't think that I feel comfortable using a service that clearly takes steps to rob creative rights from artists for wrongthink. I'm not sure if this will ultimately lead me to an alternate provider (I'm considering starting a pixiv fanbox or a subscribestar.
If you're not up to date, they've been going after what creators such as EIGAKA, Krekkov, and SineSian can post off of Patreon. They have also gone as far as to claim they own creative rights to content posted on Patreon.
I realize that it will be inconvenient to resubscribe to my content somewhere, so I apologize in advance for that.
Overall, would everyone prefer pixiv fanbox, subscribestar, or some other service? Thank you so much, everyone.
