EP1 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone, how’s it going? Time for another status update.

This week I worked on four different scenes. I’m going to switch things up a bit and talk about each scene while showing some spoilers—let me know what you think, sounds good?

The first one was a scene I honestly thought would be the easiest—just a regular conversation at a bar. But I’ve got to admit, it ended up being the most time-consuming. No matter what I did, the lighting just wouldn’t work. I tweaked it several times and it still didn’t look quite right. So I decided to leave it as is for now and move on to the next scenes so I don’t fall behind. If I have time later, I’ll give it another shot.

After that, I worked on two other scenes that were much simpler. I won’t spoil too much about what’s going on in them, but they didn’t give me too much trouble. They’re not final yet—still need some lighting adjustments and maybe a few texture tweaks—but overall, I’m happy with how they’re coming along.


To wrap things up, there was one more scene that was more action. It had very little dialogue, so it ended up being more dynamic, which meant the posing took quite a bit of work. The lighting still needs some polish, but overall I think it’s headed in a good direction.I’m not going to show any spoilers for these just yet, since they’re still in the render queue. I’ll probably save them for the next update.


In total, I made 126 renders over the past 14 days.

Also, now that 3.5 is out, I’m starting to actively prepare for the release of Episode 1 of The Red Veil. The first change I want to make is on Discord. I’d like to communicate with you all more frequently, and I’ve got some important updates to share in the coming weeks. I have zero experience with Discord, but I noticed a lot of people follow AVNs there, so let me know: what channels do you think I should create first?

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone!
Another couple of weeks, another update.

Last week I was fully focused on Update 3.5. I managed to add everything I wanted, and honestly, it took less time than I expected. This week, I’m back at it with full force, diving into the next update (Ep1).

I’ve started working on one of the sex scenes for this update. This is actually something I really want to improve compared to Elie’s story. Even though I liked the animations, I felt like the build-up was a bit weak in some parts. So I’m putting extra effort into making that better this time around. We’ll see how it turns out!

Right now, the update is already getting close in size to Elie’s. Let’s see where it ends up!

NSFW CH.3.5 RELEASED!

As I mentioned before, Chapter 3.5 is a warm-up for Chapter 4. This update brings the most requested features from the Chapter 3 release, along with a few spoilers for what's coming next!

What's New:

  • Gallery + Bonus Renders – Unlock extra renders by completing short stories and minigames.

  • Minigame in Chapter 3 is Now "Optional" – Your score no longer affects the scene, but getting a perfect 100 will reward you with a special render.

  • Music Added to All Chapters – I'm terrible with music, but I did my best to set the right mood. Let me know what you think!

  • UI Updates – Some tweaks here and there... and a few sneaky spoilers about upcoming characters.

  • Chapter 4 Teaser – It's short, but it took a ton of effort (first time editing a video!). Hope you like it!

Final Teaser (For Now) & Chapter 3.5 Release.

Hey everyone! Just stopping by to share two updates with you.

First off, here’s the final version of the teaser—well, final for now. This is the version that will be included in update 3.5, but I still plan to improve it in the future since it will also serve as the game's main trailer. However, the changes I have in mind will take some time, and right now, my full focus is on developing Episode 1 of The Red Veil (which will be Chapter 4 of the current game). So, these improvements will come gradually, probably much later down the line.

The second update is about Chapter 3.5. It’s dropping today, but for those who are already on Patreon, there’s nothing particularly new. A gallery with replays and extra renders has been added, but I’ve already shared all the extra renders with you here. The teaser for The Red Veil is also included, but you’ve already seen both the early version and the one I’m sharing now. Other than that, this update mainly brings bug fixes, music added to the chapters, and some UI adjustments.

But don’t worry—the next chapter is coming very soon, I promise! Haha.

Big Changes Ahead: The Future of the Game and the Arrival of "The Red Veil"

Hey everyone! With the arrival of Chapter 3.5, I wanted to take a quick break to talk about the big changes coming in Chapter 4, especially since there will be some spoilers in the 3.5 release.

As I’ve mentioned before, the game is about to go through a major transformation. Starting with the next release, it will no longer be an anthology but a single, continuous story. When I first started, I chose the anthology format because this was my first experience creating AVNs, and I knew I’d improve over time. I didn’t want huge jumps in quality between chapters or to go back and redo old content, so I started small—with short stories that gradually became longer as I gained experience.

Now, I feel like I’ve reached a good enough level to take on a bigger story. That’s why the game is evolving. From Chapter 4 onward, it will be called "The Red Veil." The "Chapter 4" release will actually be Chapter 1 of the new game.

That said, short stories aren’t disappearing entirely. I still love them—they’re great for experimenting with ideas—so I’ll continue creating them. However, moving forward, they’ll focus on the backstories of characters from the main story, especially secondary characters. Because of this, "The Tutor" with Ellie will be kept in the game, as she’ll appear later in the main storyline. As for the other two short stories, I haven’t decided yet whether to remake them with adjustments or remove them entirely.

One important note: these short stories won’t be a priority. My full focus will be on the main story, so I’ll only work on them if I have extra time. If not, they’ll come much later—probably when the main story is nearing completion.

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone!

We’ve hit about 60% of the game today! Since the last update, I’ve only worked on two scenes, so in terms of renders, this wasn’t the biggest update (around 120 renders). But there’s a good reason for that. This scene is the most complex one in the chapter—it's an action scene, which already requires extra attention to poses and all that. On top of that, I had to create a lot of custom assets because I just couldn’t find an environment that matched my vision. That meant modifying a ton of stuff, which took time.

It also had a bunch of characters, which made the software slow as hell, forcing me to break everything into parts and piece it back together after rendering. A pain in the ass, but totally worth it in the end. The good news is that from here on out, the scenes are simpler, so things should move along much faster.

One more update: as I mentioned before, before releasing Chapter 4, I’ll be dropping a Chapter 3.5. This will include some bug fixes, more music, the much-requested gallery, and a little teaser for the next chapter. I was waiting to be closer to the finish line to release it, and it should be out in the next two weeks.

Ch4 Teaser

Hey everyone! Dropping by a bit earlier this week because I’ve got some news for you.Until now, I haven’t talked about the story of my new project, so I’m here to give you a quick rundown.

Crime rules the streets, and among all the factions, one stands above the rest: The Red Hand. Brutal, organized, and ruthless, the gang is led by a man known as "El Diablo." Years ago, he was almost caught but managed to escape. Since then, he’s become a ghost—neither the police nor his own men know where to find him.

Your job? Infiltrate the Red Hand, climb the ranks, and hunt down El Diablo. No records, no backup. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. But as you dive deeper into this world of betrayal, violence, and temptation, will you be able to stay loyal to the mission? Or will the line between right and wrong start to blur? Are you ready to face the underworld—and more importantly, yourself?

This time, along with the usual spicy scenes, I want to bring in more action and moral dilemmas, giving players two distinct paths to follow.

Besides this synopsis, I also put together a teaser. It’s still a rough draft—just to get your thoughts. I want to refine it for the final version and use it as promotional material. The first three images are just AI placeholders for now—I’ll replace them with proper renders later. And the sex scene at the end is from an older project since I haven’t animated anything for this story yet. The final version will have a brand-new scene.

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone, I'm back again to share the progress from the past few weeks.

So, as I mentioned before, I was working on posing an action scene, and… it didn’t turn out as I expected. It’s not bad, but it’s also not quite how I want it to be. I’ve decided to put it aside for now, take a break from it, and revisit it in the future with a fresh perspective.

With that said, I moved on to the next scenes, which were much smoother to work on. Overall, they’ve mostly been dialogue scenes and character development moments.

The render queue is starting to grow again, with an average of 150 renders in it (most of these are test renders, not finals). If I manage to get around 200 renders in the queue with at least 100 final renders (which take longer), I’ll bring back the extra renders next week.

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the delay this week. The status update was supposed to come out on Friday, but I wasn’t home over the weekend—I just got back today—so things ended up getting pushed back a bit.

These past two weeks have been really productive. I started by cleaning up my PC since I was running out of storage space. The game files are getting pretty heavy, so I had to adjust my plans a bit. Some scenes that were almost finished (just needed detailing) I went ahead and fully completed, rendering them right away so I could free up some space. I did this for about a third of the episode, so I can say that part is completely done.

With the rest of my time, I focused on posing the "middle third" of the episode. There's one scene in particular that’s been a bit tricky—an action scene. Action is hard to pull off in a visual novel since it relies a lot on movement and impact frames, which are difficult to emulate with static images. Have you guys seen any action scenes in AVNs or similar games that you thought were well done? I could use some references. I'm not 100% happy with how it's looking so far (I can be a bit of a perfectionist), but I can’t afford to spend too much time on it since the episode is already running a little behind. If needed, I’ll refine it in the future.

That’s it for now! I’ll keep working on posing this section, and after that, I’ll move on to a more erotic part—which is always more fun to work on. After all, this is an AVN, haha.

One quick note: as you may have noticed, I’ve switched from weekly updates to biweekly ones. This way, I have more progress to share between updates. Also, I’m pausing standalone renders for a while. I’ve already explained their importance before, but I like to keep my render queue full at all times since rendering is the slowest part of my process. Right now, the queue is starting to catch up to me, so I need to send more scenes to it before my PC gets a break, haha. I’ll get back to doing extra renders once the queue is full again.

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone. These last two weeks have been... boring. Well, as I mentioned before, I'm working on the "beautification" part of the renders. At first, it's my favorite part because it's when you really start to see the game take shape. However, as time goes on, it gets REALLY boring. The problem is that for a lot of things, you need to wait for the render to see if it's right or not, and there's always some small issue. So, I often have to render the same scene over and over and over again. The scene I had to render the least, I rendered it 3 times, and it only has 3 images. The biggest one has been rendered more than 10 times, and there are still things to fix.

Anyway, the good part is that some of them are already the way I wanted, so they're moving straight to the final stage. The others are coming along nicely too.

I've divided this chapter into 3 parts. The first one is what I'm working on, and it's almost finished. Next week, I should start working on the second part, which is the largest. Luckily, the third part is the smallest of them all, so by the time I get to it, the chapter will be about 80% done. That's it for today, folks. See you in the next update!

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone! First off, Happy New Year! 🎉 Hope this year treats you well, and for me, I’m hoping to drop a bunch of updates for this AVN that’s been driving me nuts lol.

Alright, let’s get into the update! Over the past two weeks, I’ve been working on refining the first part of the game. It’s a fun process, even though it feels “slow” sometimes. Like, waiting ages for a render to finish, only to find out it’s full of errors or the lighting makes the character’s face way too dark. But honestly, it’s worth it because you finally start to see the game taking shape. Plus, I’ve been able to run some initial gameplay tests, which is super exciting!

I’ll drop a few renders from this first part here so you can get an idea of how things are looking:

You can see that some of them are already looking pretty solid, but there are still a few annoying bugs. For example, that girl in the background of the third render? Her legs are all glitched out for some reason, and I still have no clue why.

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone! As I mentioned earlier, I’m now in the first phase of refinement, where I adjust bigger issues like clipping, characters sinking through the floor, eyes, and that sort of thing. Additionally, this is the phase where I add the main lights and create the first renders. This phase takes longer than the previous one because there’s a lot of back-and-forth since I need to wait for some renders to finish in order to fix errors, which takes quite a bit of time. This week, I managed to make progress on four separate scenes, with one of them moving on to the next phase while the other three are close to being finished.

I’m thinking of a way to include progress updates with percentages, like I’ve seen some other AVNs do. That way, it would be easier to get a sense of how much is left for the update. However, since I’m still adapting my workflow, I’m not sure exactly how I’ll implement this yet.

This week was busy but with good results. I made progress on a few more renders at the beginning of the week, but I wasn’t really happy with the characters’ textures. So, I took some time to try and improve the textures overall, especially the skin. After several attempts, errors, and a lot of rendering time (I must have rendered about 100 different tests), I think I’ve achieved a result I’m happy with. It’s not 100% yet; there are still some details I plan to fix, but it’s good enough to continue from where I left off.

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone!

This week I kept working on the lighting, just like I mentioned last week, and well... I’ve got to admit it’s been more challenging than I expected. The textures aren’t reflecting light the way I want, the environments aren’t looking as good as they should (I’ve already tweaked some of them a few times), and there are a bunch of scenes I just feel like scrapping and starting over from scratch.

That said, things are moving forward, so I’m happy with the progress. By the end of this week, I plan to put the finished scenes into the game to get a feel for how everything’s coming together. Hopefully, that means I’ll have a more exciting update for you next week!

I’m also planning to work on some previews this week. There are still a few characters I haven’t revealed yet, but on the other hand, I’d love to make more renders of Elie. What do you guys prefer—something new or more Elie? Let me know in the comments!

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone! This week I started working on the renders as I mentioned before. This is a pretty time-consuming part because, besides creating all the lighting for both the character and the environment, it’s also a lot of “trial and error.” Often, I need to wait for everything to render to see the result, figure out what needs changing, and then render it again. Since my PC isn’t the best, it’s quite a complex job.

In Eli’s story, I used to do one or, at most, two scenes at a time—lighting them, waiting for them to render, making improvements, and redoing them. This time, I’m trying a different approach. I light as much as I can during the day, note down all the changes, let everything render overnight, and then make the necessary adjustments the next day and repeat the process. It’s faster but also a bit more confusing. A few times, I’ve accidentally sent things back to the render queue with old issues still unfixed, but I think I’ll get better organized over time.

That’s all for today! This week, I managed to finish about 20 renders, with another 50 or so in progress. I hope to make more headway next week.

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone, how's it going? It's been a while since I last updated here, so this status update will be a bit longer than usual.

Alright, starting with my absence: Patreon is starting to bring in some followers, which is great, but I’m still not making nearly enough to support myself, even spending as little as possible. Because of this, I had to take a break to do some freelance work and save up some money. I’ve managed to save enough for a while and hope it will be enough to finish this episode.

Now, onto what really matters: during this time, I didn’t completely put this episode on hold. I always set aside some time in the evening to work on the game, and I’ve managed to pose almost the entire episode so, let me explain a bit about my process

I work in three stages. First, I pose the characters without worrying too much about lighting or details. The goal here is to get the ideas out of my head and into a rough draft as quickly as possible, so I have a sense of what I'm working with.


The second stage is the initial polish. Here, I refine the poses, improve expressions, start working on lighting, add details, and create animations. At this stage, some better renders start coming out, and I can get a much clearer sense of the final result.

The third stage is the final polish (something I didn’t do before but will start doing in this episode). This is where I’ll refine textures, add background details, and enhance the environment — all those extras that aren’t essential to the story but make the game feel more alive. This is something I missed in the previous chapter and that will be crucial here because there are several scenes in places like clubs, for example, where it doesn’t make sense to see the background with no one else there. I’m not sure how my PC will handle this, but I'll find out soon enough.

With that said, the first stage is practically done. There are just a few scenes that I might repose because I wasn’t entirely happy with a few things.

So, this week I'll be starting the second stage. It’s the most time-consuming part of the entire process and usually where I spend the most time, but now that I’m fully focused, I should be able to speed things up and get back to weekly updates here.

Preview #4: Miranda

Hey everyone, here’s another character from Chapter 4, Miranda. Well, Miranda is the first MILF I’ve created (she doesn’t have kids, but I think the term still fits), and I had to do several tests to get her right, but in the end, I’m still not sure. I really liked the result, but I don’t know if she’s "MILF" enough. She seems a bit too young to me. What do you guys think?

Well, this character was a lot of work. I wanted her to look tough but at the same time lovable, kind of a 'Tsundere' style (I'm not sure if that's the right term). You have no idea how many possibilities I tried, but in the end, I think I like this one. I also couldn't quite decide on her name. I'm torn between Harper and Selena; which one do you think fits her better?

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone. This week has been pretty hard. I made some renders "for the game," but I'm still mostly doing test renders. Last week was supposed to be the last week of test renders, and this week my plan was to start working more seriously on the final renders, but I wasn't satisfied with some of the characters and scenarios. I tried to ignore it, but I couldn't, so I had to go back and tweak them. I'm trying to push the render quality further in this episode because I wasn't happy with the renders from the last one. I hope it works out.

Additionally, I'm also working on a 3.5 release. Before launching Chapter 4, I'll release an update, but more in the style of QOL. I'll add a gallery, more music, change the UI, and a few other things I wanted to do in Chapter 3 but couldn't. There won't be any new content per se, just some small improvements. I don't have a release date for this yet because I'm working on it slowly, only while waiting for the renders to be ready. Once I have something more solid, I'll confirm it for you all.

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone.

This week has been intense. I’ve just finished most of the characters and scenerios. There are still a few secondary characters left, but I’ll be working on them as needed.

I’ll continue introducing the characters to you over the coming weeks, as some might still need a few adjustments.

By the end of the week, I’ve already started making the first renders of the episodes. There are still only a few, but now that the assets are ready, I believe things will start to speed up (thankfully, because this initial preparation phase is a pain in the a**).

Ch4 Preview #2 : Crystal

This is Crystal, one of the characters in the next story. She's a bit different from the others in that she's shorter, at 160cm (5' 3") tall. It's going to be a bit more challenging to animate her because of the height difference, but I'm looking forward to seeing her in action.What do you think?
note: I haven't forgotten the alternative renders of Amber. it's just that this week I'm still testing the characters and scenario, so my pc hasn't had much time to do the renders, but I'll finish them this week, as well as variations of this one of Crystal, I promise.

CH4 STATUS UPDATE

Hey everyone. This week I continued writing the story and creating the characters. As I mentioned before, this story is going to be much bigger, with several characters. This week, I released the first character, Amber, for my patrons. Next week, I'll release another one, but I haven't decided which one yet.

As I said before, I'm going to release this episode in parts. I'm finishing up the writing for the first part this week, and then I'll have a better idea of the length, but it should be around 30 to 40 minutes of gameplay.

That's it for now. I haven't started rendering any scenes for the episode yet, just a few renders to test the characters and settings, along with some extra renders for my patrons.

Ch4 Preview #1 : Amber

Hey everyone. The weekly update will be tomorrow, but I wanted to give you a sneak peek of one of the characters from Chapter 4. As I mentioned, this chapter is going to be much bigger and will feature multiple characters instead of just one. The first one is ready, and her name is Amber. I have to say, I'm really happy with the result. What do you think?

Oh and I made other versions of this render, one topless and one nude, all in 4K. They’re still rendering, so I’ll release them tomorrow, okay?

CH4 BIG NEWS

Hey everyone, today I bring important news about the next chapter.

After much thought, I decided to make some significant changes to the game. Currently, the game has two types of stories. Some short stories, lasting a maximum of 10 minutes, which are very straightforward. Other longer stories (for now, only chapter 3) that have about 40 minutes of gameplay.

Well, I want to create longer stories with more plot and character development because I feel that this is my weakest point right now. Therefore, starting from the next chapter, the stories will be longer. Much longer. They should range between 4 to 5 hours of gameplay (maybe more, maybe less, it's just an estimate) and will be released in parts instead of all at once. This way, I can work with more characters and create more complex dramas while releasing updates more consistently. I already have the first story practically written and I think it's turning out really well. The short stories will continue as they are, but they will be stories of secondary characters from the long stories. This way, I can create short stories that are very straightforward but with more depth. I think it's going to be really cool. Let's see how the next updates will be.

This week I started developing the characters for the next chapter. Next week, I'll start releasing some exclusive previews for my Patrons, so stay tuned! I hope you're all well and see you soon!
