Added 2023-03-22 01:21:22 +0000 UTCI wanted to make everyone was aware of this. It's not a huge change but could come off as inconsistent.
From Chapter 7.
“It’s called a Humility Sash, at least among high realm cultivators in jest. The original name is drawn out and I don’t remember it, so it will have to do. What it does when worn is obscure your cultivation. Everyone will see your core with their perceptions in its simplest form and think you’re an earth realm cultivator. Ping Ping is giving one to your wife that will do the same for her. Appearing to the world as a sage has its perks, but it can also be tedious. It should make your travels less bothersome. And a warning. Sages are capable of seeing your hiding your cultivation if they look closely enough.”

In other words, the hidden Sage Harnish would be able to tell they were hiding their cultivation if he looked close enough. This doesn't mean he could pinpoint their realm. The sash hides it but an overlord can tell it's being hidden.
Some other updates were made, but nothing affecting the overall story.
