I wanted to let everyone know what the delay is. I've never been a big outliner, but I've always had a list of bullet points I've used as I write. This book is going to be different out of necessity. There are a lot more things happening than in any other book I've written, and I know how tedious politics can get. I've actually working through each arc, even the minor ones, and streamlining things before I get too far into the draft. I also need to make sure what has made this series what it is is not forgotten. There are too many series that have been plagued by not staying true to its original promises made to readers.
The chapters should start rolling in later this week. Next week will probably be the week things really get going.
