Kind of like potions, but, as you're thinking, they will drink them daily and it will give them minor buffs. When we really get into the food system, it will be as complex as real cooking. My wife is 100% Italian and her family moved down to Florida to open an Italian Deli. It's no longer open, but they, can, cook! Her brother is also a chef, so I have some awesome inspiration. :D
