THIS IS IMPORTANT if you just joined it. Other than your Patreon roles, you must select the @Resident role to see the channels!! It is in #role_assignment channel. It looks like this! Just click the emoji to select it.
There are other roles there as well so please have a look!

Hey Alex, I edited the link. Also I think if you link your discord to your Patreon it should automatically add you to the Discord. Apparently that's a better way to do it because if you just join with the link you don't automatically get the proper reward roles. If you link your discord to patreon and it still doesn't work, send me a DM!
