Roadmap so far is start coloring the Watcher which is what Im working on, make another batch of the scuggification of your oc's (in the after-animation-ocs forum channel if you havent submitted yet c:), the rewards, and commissions.
MFF is a month away so this is plenty of time to knock a lot of these out of the park.
