We're offering the T2 (50 instances) and T3 (100 instances) licences at $40 and $65 per month (+VAT if applicable). Licences ship once payment is taken.
We'll be making more tiers available soon, and we're also working on letting you order them directly from us via Paypal, but this means we can offer it to you all sooner and get things going.
You'll be able to access the WHMCS billing integration module, and we'll be providing more documentation very shortly.
