You mean standalone mod classes? It's not something I'm inherently against, however I imagine getting permission from the authors might cause problems, I also don't see it as that much of a priority compared to some of the other things I want to do. At the moment I don't have any intention of making commissioned mods, simply because of the amount of work involved, maybe at some point in the future.
