2024 October WIP 1 - Thinkin' about those tails (and rams)
Added 2024-10-16 16:10:39 +0000 UTCHey, sorry this one is a little late. Was a bit exhausted after getting everything sorted at the end of last month, plus there's been a few projects I've been getting dragged into. So been a bit of a delay in getting the uploads rolling.
But ok so, I've very clearly been thinking about that rodent again, like a lot. I like the idea of them being a mouse, but having a fat tail. Are they their own character? Are they me? I'm not sure yet. I just know that lately, getting to be a tiny little mouse guy causing problems has been feeling kind of good.
I love my rams but I've been in a little bit of a limbo with them, can't decide where to take a few of the final details on him. I feel like I want him to have horns, but the type I'd like makes things too busy. Too many elements fighting for the same space on his head. It's one of the things that's been enjoyable with the mouse is not needing to draw any horns.
There is one thing I'm wanting to try with the horns, so more on that fairly soon. Worst case I might just cut the things off and go all in on the "sheep" side of things. Finding that balance between what makes me happy, what I want, and what's enjoyable to work with has been a lot hard than I expected here.
