Oh man I spent so long on that decoder, this really challenged my brain. Luckily we were playing Pentiment and that gave us some ideas~ :D (Very interesting game btw!)

It looks like it fits into something- like it has four screw holes in the corners- or it lines up with something else, like a map or something. The numbers are interesting as well. Now I have a ton more questions though… where did he manage to find this? What kinds of connections does he have? Where is Vivi if she is still alive, and what happened in the past to lead to this point and needing a decoder? I have some ideas based on the few scenes we saw at the end of the last chapter, but I really want to learn more.
