I like it for the first time watching it and it does feel like a syfy channel movie,the budget went to the big glass house,matthew lilard is fun to watch and the sassy black babysitter

2024-10-13 19:02:11 +0000 UTCDuring the trivia at the end they spoke about the nanny being the mole but it was changed to the sister ghost rescuer. It would make way more sense if it was the nanny. I don't think the movie ever explained why she is there or how they can afford her. But if she was the mole the whole time, worming her way into their life and 'just helping out in their time of grief' that would explain it. But in either case, why would they be helping Cyrus trap ghosts and kill people? The sister literally betrayed her brother to help Cyrus then immediately got murdered by him. Not sure what she was supposed to be getting out of the deal, or why she had a fake persona as someone who wants to free trapped ghosts. I guess it let her find ghosts for Cyrus to trap? And she thought they were going to become the king and queen of hell together? I think I put more thought into this than the writers did, who just wanted a cool glass house and a booby ghost.
