For burnout, an important thing I can think of is to strategize ways to actively schedule & strictly self-enforce breaks. Hours of the day or days of the week where you are required to NOT think about the same ol' labors of love. Take holidays a few times a year. Announce these days. Set everything down from time to time, even in thought. If ideas come up during that time (and they usually do when you're not striving for them), write them down as soon as possible and get them outta your head. I struggle with the whole writing-down habit but it's such a stress-reliever when I do it. It stops me from worrying about forgetting. And kindly disregard guilt from those who'll go, "wagh where's the content, rabble rabble rabble" when you're off. Time-off is truly just as critical as time-on. Any responsible person knows--at least deep down--that imbalance is toxic, and each person's balance is unique. Take care of yourselves, dudes! We all benefit! π«Ά
