Developers Update

Sorry to come with unfortunate news but the new release is still not ready. Between one of the assets seriously slowing down one of the artists and a whole batch of the images needing redoing, we just aren’t there yet. I am as frustrated as any of you that this is the case. It was painful to have to turn down a batch of images but making do just didn't feel right, especially as we are so far into the first act and things need to convey the atmosphere properly.
The last of the animations came in today but there are a good few renders I am waiting on. Then of course we still have to make sure the game works. I have already made a promise that has had to be broken regarding when it would be done but the plan is still to get out a part 1 before the end of this month and part 2 as soon as we can after that. As soon as it is done and tested, we will get it to you. Part 2 is shorter and we are starting on the work for it today so hopefully we won’t be too far behind. And other remaking stuff is still going on in the background of all this for the release of Act 1.

The MBD team consistently delivers content, unlike so many others in this genre, so an honest delay is absolutely no big deal, especially considering the great communication you guys provide!
