King Crab 3D Sculpt
Added 2020-07-22 12:37:53 +0000 UTCJust got this model in from Alex Immerzeel. I ran the fix-up stage for it by myself to free him up for bigger stuff he's got on his plate.
Doesn't this King Crab look amazing? The plain grey/white renders give it that Comstar look right out the gate.
Are those AC20s chonky enough?

2020-07-22 13:19:54 +0000 UTCGiving it the pelvis allows it better walking mobility, but indeed it can barely twist. Some of our "pelvis added" mechs are like that though and I think it's cool to retain sometimes as a design quirk.

2020-07-22 12:48:57 +0000 UTCIt does look fantastic aesthetically, but the engineer in me notices that it can't really torso twist because the shoulders will bump into the hips. Dunno if you can do anything about that without loosing the aesthetics?
