Thug Concept Sketch

i always thought the name of this mech was odd because it invoked a franken mech vibe to me. Now it looks like a thug.

When the kick starter was going on I hoped and prayed that my favorite Kuritan mech would get the all-star treatment. My prayers weren't answered but the mech it was based on is a good consolation

This mech had the same kind of problem going on that the Stalker did, weird leg design. While I did like the old flat face SRM launchers, I do like the new design for them. Out of all the Star League assault mechs this one is my favorite, you have done this design Justice. Well done!

Star league be like: thats a damn fine cockpit, would be a shame if we put some weird dome right in front of it. Now it only took 25 years and a Scroggins for thug pilots to finally be able to look out of their cockpits. Really nice design.

I really like the recent Thus renditions - this one particularly. It has a functional-ugly type look (but in a really aesthetically pleasing way) - like it says "I don't give a crap about being pretty - I am here to pound you in to the dirt" - kind of like the A-10 of BattleMechs. And, due to the brutal, utilitarian nature of the design, I think it just happens to be one of the best looking. Form following (imaginary) function. 10/10 - Do Want.

Absolutely perfect! Another great blend of the sleek smooth star league aesthetic with the new update look. I've been a bit critical with all the 2750 redesigns so far, but this version I actually prefer over the original or any other variation I've seen. You've knocked this one out of the park.

The Thug is always a mech that I forget exists, but this iteration looks incredible. The torso (particularly the SRM launchers) manages to evoke all the right feelings.

Haha if only. Rendering time for stuff like turntables is massive, so Chris rightfully charges to make them. We only do 1-2 per pack.

I like the slimmer profile of the older art but this one is good. This style is like the linebacker of assault mechs.

I think I need a Turntable to appreciate the design choices. speaking of which I hope those turntables are being done for everything and are ready to upload to Sarna. would make some SWEET default mech art for thier articles

Ah, the Thug's backwards-catnered legs. I've allways figured that they were less intentional and more a result of the awkward part in TRO2750 and then stuck (see also: Commando Monocole). However, this revision runs with them and actually makes them work. Very good stuff there
