Marauder Lineart Gif
Added 2019-02-16 19:54:29 +0000 UTCFirst time making an animated gif, decided this would be a nice way to show off the lineart progress/iterations that I used to go through on our old production pipeline of "lineart before 3D". Though you'll note that I always start with at least a basic 3D model in order to have consistent proportions and perspective.
Currently my preferred system is to design a mech in sketch form, which then goes through full 3D miniature modeling. From there a 3D line render can be produced in much higher detail, making the process of generating final lineart go about twice as fast.
Is this Gif format something you guys want to see more of?
