I hope you guys find this interesting and not to boring... but I do love worldbuilding and I've been working on Land of Lions for YEARS! So I'm excited about all the little details!
For today.... units of measurement and currency! Which is something you need to decide on when you create your own little world. It's going to come up.

WEIGHT:
- Pound = 1 pound
- Stone = 15 pounds
- Quarter = 25 pounds
- Gabb = 100 pounds
- Periton = 2,000 pounds
HEIGHT/LENGTH:
- a Knuckle = 1 inch
- a Hand = 4 inches
- 3 Hands = 1 foot
- a Stride = 5 feet
- a Stretch = 100 feet
- a Spool = 2,000 feet
- a Cone = 8,000 feet
CURRENCY:
- Bronze = 1 cent
- Silver = 1 dollar
- Pall = 25 dollars
- Gold = 100 dollars
- Billon = 1,000 dollars

2021-02-17 06:40:54 +0000 UTCThanks!!! The different species have very different hand sizes! Feltihera are smaller than humans, and the smaller Bovipo have longer hands. Humans are the most common race, so their hands are the average! In an earlier Worldbuilding post, I shared a size chart for all the races which should give you an idea.
