2024-07-11 16:19:32 +0000 UTCMaybe Judy was wearing her hair that way because it was summer and she didn't want the back of her neck to get hot. Or maybe she was going to get a haircut and wanted to make it easy for the stylist (the 1980's certainly had some bizarre hair styles).
