Love Elliot. Love Clive. Love Paul. Tim too. Everyone is top top

And I like listening to Elliots opinions but extremely boring hearing a 5 minute buildup to a question

Elliot vision podcast? The host talking 2-1 compared to Tim/Clive. No dialogue-Tim and Clive struggling to get a word in

I'm hoping they realized this AFTER the recording of this episode. It took awhile for the pictures to circulate of the training vests they sometimes wear. Let's assume Elliot and co didn't realize this.

Willian was very obviously wearing a vest under his shirt

Love the vitriol towards Chelsea also guys :)

You touch on something important here. We talk a lot about 'building value' by sending young players on loan either in hopes of giving them experience or that we can potentially fetch a bigger fee. But is there a major club in Europe right now that is as bad at selling as us? Does anyone actually have any confidence in the setup right now at Arsenal in our ability to sell? Outside of Iwobi, we really haven't had a very good track record of getting value for assets (definitely agree on Mavro and think it will be a major mistake even with the sell-on clause). Don't get me wrong - I get that it's a COVID market and clubs across Europe are struggling at the moment. We haven't been able to shake this 'buy high, sell low' phase that we're in and it's a big reason as to why we're here as a club.

Usually agree with Elliot but I do think we have made a lot of mistakes selling. Especially younger players who are yet to impose themselves on the first team who are supposedly full of promise. You've only got to look at Gnabry, Bennacer and Malen as recent examples. Selling Mavrapanos for a pittance looks like it could be a huge mistake also. Still I agree, seems like it would be the right time to cash in on Willock if there is a buyer, but seems like its only Newcastle who are interested and they're playing the broke card! Its frustrating as you just know Chelsea would get £30m for Willock no problem.

Great discussion guys. Elliot don't worry iam whiskers too. Couple of points. I think if we are prepared to pay 20+M for a Torriera and now find it difficult to move on but couldn't take a punt on AMN for the same period and take a profit we should either abandon Academy, save the expenses or sack all the people who run academy. It's actually no brainer if we have a clear strategy. I bet Mikel would have grounded Cesc with his approach of handling youngsters. Willock is badly treated and he should go. If you cannot give consistent games and cannot understand where your academy player fits into your team then there is a huge disconnect in the system. What did you develop Willock as and what is Mikel building that his academy cannot satisfy him. This is insanity and beyond belief in a professional setup with so much money being thrown around to office bearers. It's gross negligence and incompetence. May be next time you guys should talk about the Arsenal Advisory board and what it can achieve. The charter suggests that they can advice on non field activities which means the fans will have no say in how the club is run with respect to what happens on the field which is shame. So we cannot question the incompetence in running the football activities of the club. Imagine guys in a corporate world you being pictured having dinner with a vendor who you have sacked for financial irregularity do you think you will survive the next day ?
