I was thinking to see Tangle, you would need to find an item (Battery?) and give it to Tito and that would grant you access to Tangle's room (Another room inside the vents). She can catch you (Regular NSFW Scene) or by giving her another item else she befriends you (Bonus NSFW Scene.)

She might be in but I have no idea been a while since I tried playing through it but it would be interesting to see her ingame also.
