Missing Names in the RETRY Credits... What's Happening?

Krupa here. We’re just writing about something that’s been brought to our attention regarding the credits that bring to a close Part 3 of RETRY: Elden Ring.

Frustratingly, there are some names missing that should’ve been included.

This has frustrated us beyond belief, and I’ll explain why it’s happened in a moment – but first we just want to apologise for those who have been affected. It sucks not being able to see your names in those credits because you’re responsible for making the show happen. We want to see those names recognised and preserved in that episode – hopefully you can tell how much this annoys me, especially with the lengths we go to making this show.

Anyway, what happened?

Unfortunately we can’t pull this data ourselves. We can’t drill down and see who was on a certain tier during a specific date range. I don’t understand why – unless I’m really misremembering the early years of RKG, we used to have this ability, as I used to pull reports to get the names for previous end credits.

At some point, this capability was removed from Patreon’s backend, so now we have to request reports from the creator support team. We did this, and got our report back. I noticed that it was incomplete – I checked to see if some of the more recent Producers were on it, and noticed some were missing. (There’s no way of doing this exhaustively, but it was simply me picking some random names and seeing if they turn up in the spreadsheet.)

I queried these missing names, and they ran the report again. Believing they had fixed the problem, Patreon sent new ones across. This list was was used to compose the final credits – and annoyingly it also appears to be incomplete.

We just want to apologise. We take fulfilling our Patreon promises very seriously, as we know how lucky we are to have your support. We passionately want your names to be in those credits.

We’ve spoken to Patreon about this and voiced our concerns, and want to figure out how to fix this in the future or maybe we’ll have to rethink the credits. We’ll let you know if anything changes before we do them for the next show.
