After helping Sellen return to Raya Lucaria, where everything went fine and no one got turned into a big ball of heads, Aunty Finchy returns to Mount Gelmir where the ascent is long and treacherous. (Also, for the record: that's what Sellen wanted.)
A Hero's Grave, a cave, and a few boss fights stand between her and the summit.

Btw! You haven't done the erudition puzzle with the crown. There are two puzzles with the same gesture. You did the first one. But the second one only requires the crown and it is next to the madness village in Liurnia. The tower also has two good sorceries in it.

2024-09-14 09:30:14 +0000 UTCI may be in the minority here, but I would like even more freeform Rory with some Gav suggestion exploration (except for where it could break quests). I don't think it's necessary for Krupa to point out every unique item or to make him go through a dungeon some specific way. He found something I never did because he's Rory and plays differently. Finding those special items would feel like bigger wins then, I think. If need be, a "shopping" episode can be planned later.

I love cracking a beer, throwing on the football and watch this weeks episode. These lads are likely friends you check in with every week. I appreciate all the work and dedication to this project.

I think he's struggled with Elden Ring's parry mechanics since medium shields have a very bad parry by default. You guys should grab Carian Retaliation or Thop's Barrier and slap it on a shield and it'll feel way more consistent and fun.

2024-09-07 14:51:43 +0000 UTCMy one complaint about the Demon's Souls playthrough was it was very "On Rails" directed by Krupa with him telling Rory to go do this or that, it was an otherwise good series and I enjoyed it very much, papa Finchy was incredible. This series though has been very Rory goes nuts and does whatever in a freeform manner and every once in a while Krups gives him a nudge or clues him in to a quest line and it has been such a great watch seeing the whole RKG go to town on Elden Ring, can't wait for the end of the series when Elden Ring 2/Bloodborne 2/New Souls is released on the same day and you guys have a whole new game to explore together.
