Update on hiatus / inactivity

Hello everyone o/

I wanted to give a bit of an update in regards to the state of this Patreon account and the often-changing situation that is my life that has led me to basically be mostly inactive on here since May. I wanted to keep this brief but there's just a lot to cover so please read through if you can. This post will likely remain as the "current situation" until things improve for me outside of Patreon.

I've been focusing a lot harder on my full time job since the Covid-19 Pandemic surfaced (my current career is pretty heavily influenced by the healthcare landscape which, as you can probably imagine, is basically being turned upside down right now) and as a result I've had to set aside some of my other aspirations to keep myself afloat mentally and physically. When I started this patreon account my vision was to see it eventually become my main source of income, such that I could quit my current job and make _this_ my job. Unfortunately, while I still wish to be able to sustain myself on my artwork, I do not have the dedication, energy, stability/savings, or time to actively pursue that right now.

As you are probably aware, I've been pausing the billing cycle of my patreon for several months now while I am unable to provide the benefits that are promised in my tiers. I will continue to pause the billing cycle for the foreseeable future, and I completely understand if you feel safer deactivating or downgrading your subscription for now so you aren't hit by any sudden changes in finances if I decide to start charging again. I thank you all sincerely for your support regardless, and I hope I can keep creating content for you again in the future. For now, my energy is being directed towards stabilizing my life, which continues to be an ongoing struggle.

I am still working on some personal projects as inspiration strikes me, and the fruits of those labors will still be posted here (with the patron-exclusive high resolution variants) when they're ready, so please look forward to those if you wish to remain in those applicable patreon tiers (please consider them a thank you for your continued belief in my passion).
