2025-07-31 17:53:45 +0000 UTCthe reason why so many people don't like this episode is that after the show originally aired and then it started to gain popularity many people thought the show was going to be about guns and killing and drugs and what not. So when you throw a very slow paced but heavy character development episode, for many folks it's like taking the air out of the pace. When i first watched it I didn't get it but afterwards when I finished the show I now appreciate this episode A LOT

These episodes/moments with Jesse & Walt alone are so solid. Like the time they were stranded in the desert, the tension is so high! And it's just them, isolated. No big effects or violence, just amazing writing & acting.
