Cover Art For 'The Lady Of Iron'

I was thinking of commissioning someone, though I'm unsure of which artist would be best. I'm also not sure of what the actual piece should be. Should it be an action shot? Static shot? Maybe a simple profile shot with the title?
What do you guys think? And would you be interested in potentially donating to help fund the creation of said art?
My initial thought was something like the above image, though I'm not sure if the slightly cartoony style would really fit.
