Wooooooo, okay, okay. Oh. Kay. Things have gotten out of hand again; I should have expected this! This chapter is no longer the final chapter of arc 13 - 13.14 will in fact be the end of the arc! Why is this? Well, as I was writing this chapter, the characters started getting ... more complex than I predicted, and I realised there was no way I could fit all this stuff in a single chapter. It would have been like, 10k words long. So! We are going to one additional chapter, no longer ending on the double cursed number of 13.13.

I promise, it will all make sense when you see what is happening here. I hope!
