September 9th Katalepsis chapter will be delayed by one week

This week’s Katalepsis chapter will be delayed by one week — both the public chapter and the patron-only release. Katalepsis will continue as normal on the 16th of September.
My apologies! I never like having to miss a chapter update. I can’t express how much I live for writing; this is what I do and I hate having to interrupt the schedule. I haven’t had to miss a chapter in about six months and I’d hoped never to have to do it again, but some lingering medical issues have crept up on me again. I was pushing through in order to finish the Necroepilogos chapter, which I’ve somehow written (not sure how!) but I’m crashing hard with several thousand words of unsalvageable nonsense for Katalepsis. As with the last time this happened, I don’t want to risk publishing an incoherent chapter and undermining the quality of the story. You all deserve better than that. So, this one is on hold, for one week. Don’t worry, I will be completely fine, I just need a couple of days to reset and recover and go through my usual processes to get this back under control.
If you’re new here, don’t worry. This doesn’t happen very often! We'll be back as normal next week.
Necroepilogos will go up as normal tomorrow afternoon; Katalepsis will resume next Saturday, at the usual time! See you then! I’ll do my best.

Thank you, that's very kind of you. I really try not to beat myself up over needing to stop for a few days, but I love writing too much not to feel guilty or sad about it. But yes, you're right, pushing too hard in the short term isn't sustainable, so I will do my best to take care of myself and rest well!

Please don't beat yourself up -- I'm sure you know as well as I do that pushing yourself in the short term could mean breaking your body in the long term. So I hope you rest up as much as possible!!

The early heads-up makes it bearable, so it's just another day of missery, not having a chapter, like every other day except katurdays. But seriously, no problem at all. Have you heard if our lord and savior; Urlaub? That's the German word for time off. Do it like ravens dagger. He has a(limited) Patreon tear you can subscribe to that forces him to take a day off.
