Help me pick a background...

Short survey for you my higher-tiered friends!! Go with your gut! Which camera angle feels good for you? I seriously can't pick!

On the comic-page the background won't be too apparent; as it'll have word balloons over the left. But in the single panel, it'll really set a mood!

A - is a tight in FOV, less background to muddle the eyes!

C - is a deep FOV, really adding some perspective lines to drive the action. How ever it's MORE background and busier.

B - is a mix of the two!

Thanks, Fen! I'm digging it more and more too =D

C for me! Digging the depth and sense of scale!

Solid notes and useful - I hadn't thought about that distance. But yeah, I think if you look tooooo-closely you'll see I've played a little fast and loose with regard to sizing and the bed. It's hard to nail it each and every time; I usually just go for 'what makes this panel work' best and then follow my gut. It doesn't need to be 100% perfect; 90% is the trick.

Imho, it's an even split between B and C. The 'A' background makes the room look *way* smaller than I imagined it. I'm thinking back to the first panels on p. 1 of this chapter -- it looked like there was some space between the bed and the window, if you look at the spacing of the headboard & the widow's edge. Looks like enough space for a person to walk around and stand, depending on their size? Also, feel free to tell me if this crazy detailed feedback is too much. Not trying to be a poindextery smartass -- I just do some drawing myself so I know visual examples / references are important and helpful X3
