Not too much to report this week. I was feeling pretty slow as I played catch-up at work. Had hoped to get this page closer to the finish line, but so many evenings this past week, I've just been listening to my body when it wanted to go to bed early. Figure there isn't much extra to see in the Page 16-18 roughs, by sharing HD versions. SO instead! Here are my WIP's for the sweet, softer, 'couch' series/idea I'd started and ran out of time on (turned out the Outnumbered/womb-mark idea took way longer than I thought it would!) I think those close-ups turned out better than I'd hoped for =D And as much as I'd want to change up some of the big Hero-panel, I think it turned out pretty nice too!
Happy - and happier yet that we can now just smash-cut to the couch. Get that cage in front of Owen finallllly!
Gonna get an illustration done next. I couldn't really settle on a Halloween idea, so I think I'll go back to some sketches I made of Judy, Owen, and Nick sitting down to watch...

Really happy with some of this! Other parts, I wish I'd have redrawn... tale as old as time! I'm stillllll thinking I might redraw the dong-holding hand... maybe... I know it'll crop out so... maybe I shouldn't waste too much time on it?!

Welp, I couldn't help myself... I've had so many ideas for what I wanted to do for this comic follow-up.
Maybe RabbitSeason joins Judy in the shower, maybe Nick asks for some cuckin, and it goes a bit further, maybe Judy visits Rabbitseason the next day... In the end, I couldn't really settle on something that would feel as punchy or fun as the original, and I was getting a bit lost in the weeds of it all.

Pretty happy with it so far - Owen might be a litttttle small; but I wanted to give Judies face room to shine and capture the moment. I don't think anyone will mind when I fudge the proportions...
