Chapter 5 - Knot on Top 1-4 Character Color
Added 2020-11-22 23:01:54 +0000 UTCThe pages are 85% done! I've gotten the characters flatted and dressed up with a basic shadow and a bunch of highlights. I hope you all like it!
Next, up, I need to flat the backgrounds (for the two panels they show up in), then figure out any curves I want to apply to everything (basically what sort of lighting/colors I want to use), and then start the layout/word balloon and sound effects part of it - which is always way more work than I expect!
I'm thinkiiiing I'll keep the background super plain, and light? Or blue and red focused. I had thought about making this all an evening scene. But I might save a 'night' treatment for the last few pages when Owen is waking Judy up for a one-on-one. To emphasis a transition of time.
HOPEFULLY, done with these 4 pages in the next week? Might be stretching my luck though. Fingers crossed; I want to crack into the next 4 pages super badly =D

Oh! I didn't know. I honestly did zero fact-checking or real-life-dog-ref, and just ran with the furry world's anatomy for it. I'll see if I can fix it up when I hit that page. I'm still on pages 1-2 today 0_0

2020-11-26 19:05:15 +0000 UTCI just reread this for... uhm,.. review purposes... I actually did notice an anatomical mistake: The urethra of canids end in the very tip of the shaft, not the somewhat flat area. Maybe just for future reference... Great job anyway, can't wait for more <3
