Oh, Youtube went and did a Youtube! Like it always does! Seriously, this is certainly frustrating but Patreon tends to be more forgiving so long as you as you put proper warning labels on everything. It's not like anyone who isn't paying for specifically your content is going to see it, unlike Youtube where little kids can freely go anywhere. Anyway, we have full faith in that this is going to turn out alright one way or the other, Kodah. You're awsome and we'll still be here.

That being said, don't worry, Kodah! I have full faith you will get your channel back. I'm in the Persona 5 fandom and a creator for it on YT just got their channel back after being mass flagged by Altus Japan (the company that made the game) itself.

So lemme get this straight... YT forbids 18+ content. Great, okay.. So you don't post it. Instead, you host it on a platform that DOES allow 18+. And if someone would like to support you, they get the bonus 18+ endings there. Awesome! Nope. Apparently you were supposed to break YT's rules all along. This is nuts :/ I've seen this happen with so many other channels it's ridiculous.

YouTube would be insane to not reinstate you! You're literally following the guidelines by NOT posting full NSFW versions of your audios. Hell, you even removed your recent student video to make it cleaner for YT, considering they got pissed about that, too. How the hell is the algorithm programmed to terminate someone getting complaints of them following the rules? I almost get why the system auto bans channels that suddenly receive multiple reports citing a creator is posting explicit content, so it's shut down just to stay on the safe side until the accusations can be reviewed more carefully...but complaints that you're a scammer (??? which makes no sense all on its own) because you AREN'T posting forbidden content and it's therefore justifiable to ban you blows my mind. There should be filtered phrases and words that bypass the system in cases like that. Needless to say: @ wtf, YT? Make it make sense. Ugh. I'm so sorry you're going through this, Cozy. I can't even begin to imagine how upsetting this is. I loved hearing how awed and sweet you were in your audio yesterday, and want to throw hands at the folks responsible for stressing you out for no reason and taking that away, but especially for such a dumb ass reason. We're all behind you, though, and I'm more than glad to do whatever I can to help, including signing the petition. I'm sending you endless hugs and good vibes that this'll be cleared up asap.

That... makes no sense. Especially since I know of YouTube channels that have posted 18+ content and then gotten banned for that. And then people have reported your channel for NOT having 18+ content when you explicitly say where they can find it??? No one HAS to join your Patreon. No one made me come on here and give you a few bucks a month. Also, there are other channels that do the exact same thing. They post what they can on YouTube, and then the dirtier stuff is on Patreon. I know at least three other creators who do the EXACT same thing. Ugh. I'm off to sign the petition now. Don't fret. This will get fixed. *hugs because I know this doesn't take away any of the frustration and nervousness and you have every right to feel that way*

The whole point of patreon is for people to be able to support their favorite creators with money and return get access to bonus or limited content as a reward. I'm sure you'll be able to get it back up and running in no time!! Edit: not to mention, doesn't youtube forbid sexual content on its platform??
