Folks have mentioned this in other posts--but you really need to fix your watch-alongs before you start charging membership. The "industry standard" is a small blurred video of the movie on your screen with a timer for syncing. Plus, you have the audio on here which means watchers will be dealing with a distracting echo even if they manage to sync. Please see my direct message.
