Just a reminder that Higrauma, a regular person that's newer to Jujutsu Sorcery than Yuji, ALREADY HAS A DOMAIN EXPANSION!

It’s ok, I’m a manga reader and even I forgot that the lawyer was the one with 100 points.

Yeah, Japan is infamous for not giving that much of a fuck about getting the culprit or the truth, they just want to condemn the first poor bastard they get, Ace Atorney, as comical as it is, is a criticism of how caricaturesque the work of a defense atorney is in there, more a grab for gotchas than the work a lawyer should have.

After all, you gotta be crazy to do well as a sorcerer, Higrauma was already nutty before hand, chasing the impossible dream of bringing fair justice to all people, the world responded to his level of insanity by making him equally insanely powerful to chase is delusion. After all, there is a reason why the most powerful sorcerer's are all unhinged.

Up until his Shikigami showed up in the appeal I was seriously wondering if I was watching a JJK episode and it wasn’t until the episode basically spelled it out that I understood Higuruma was the guy Itadori and Megumi were looking for.

Japan's conviction rate is so high because you're guilty until proven innocent. If you get to the point where you're convicted, you're screwed, doesn't matter if you did it or not.

They didn't get bought off. Japan has a 99% conviction rate because their justice system is built to get convictions. The trial is a formality, once you're arrested it's not because they're sure you did it, it's because they're sure they can convict you.
