I think I already mentioned in another comment somewhere that the first episode of season 6 doesn’t do the recap/remind of everyone and their quirks- and rewatching this episode it seems they put it here instead- I’m not sure how long specifically there was between seasons 5 and 6, but I think there was roughly a year or so in between each season for this show, so not too long. Season 6 has no filler episodes or post credit scenes, unless I missed one in my recent rewatch
