2023-02-05 02:18:42 +0000 UTCThe finale aired when I was 11 years old. As I think I mentioned, BOB is the only thing that has truly scared me over an extended period of time in my entire life. I was terrified then and intermittently for many years after coming around corners and being in dark rooms. So, it was extremely upsetting to that 11 year told to see him take possession of Dale Cooper, the likeable hero of the show. However, even though I was very upset by it, at the back of my mind even at that age, I thought that the series finale was extremely artful and capable of being appreciated (particularly the Black Lodge/Red Room sequences) and I still think it's one of the best episodes of the first two seasons. #1 in my mind is the one where Maddy was murdered. Thanks for all the great reactions to the first two seasons. Onwards and upwards!
