Update: I fixed and re-uploaded Episode 12 early this morning and then caught some sleep. But apparently the second upload got corrupted. I can see it fine on my end but apparently nobody else can access the file. So I uploaded it again, lemme know if this one works.

Note: Okay, this one is going to be unorthodox. Let's just do a numbered list. You can skip below for links if you don't care.

1) We're starting with Episode 12. I explain in that episode's intro.

2) I'll be stacking a bunch of episodes in here before I start publishing them on Youtube. We're always going to be ahead by 10 or more, but at first it'll be a lot more than that so I know I'm ready for the launch.

3) Since they'll be dropping every day on the channel, I have to schedule them ahead of time for consistent upload times (algorithm thing). So you'll lose early access to the oldest ones on the list for a couple days before they appear on Youtube (scheduled videos can't be linked to, they're in limbo). So it's a good idea to watch a few of the oldest if you don't have time to watch everything.

Example: Episode 12 is going to appear on Youtube on Jan 23rd. So you'll lose access around Jan 21st. Episode 13 is going to appear on Youtube on Jan 24th, so you'll lose access around Jan 22nd. And so on.

4) The next week is going to be really chaotic for me so I won't be able to record anything. After that the early access posts will drop a couple times a week leading up to the Jan 23rd launch, and then every Tuesday after that.
