yes thats the problem as far as i can say from the outside that the american prison system is for punishment and revenge and not for rehabilitation and that it is a business which is interessted in recouring customers. i think that quote holds true "A society should be judged not by how it treats its outstanding citizens but by how it treats its criminals." and yes rawls siting and chilling in the gay bar? :D now his cock talk and all makes more sense xD what a great show
