2021-08-24 20:05:38 +0000 UTCThat's a good note. I'll just avert my eyes for the credits. I've seen this work several times with people watching the first episode of Angel where there's a MASSIVE spoiler in the credits to that show. Because yeah any attempt to skip ahead would be disaster.

2021-08-24 20:03:28 +0000 UTCGiven that the openings are slight spoilers (at least for seeing upcoming characters/which characters will feature in a particular arc), I was thinking maybe you could skip the opening at least for the first episode or first set of episodes- but I’m not sure how that would work with the watch along- I’ve checked through the episodes myself on Netflix, and up through episode 94 (or season 5 episode 19) the episodes start with a recap from the end of the last one with the option to skip, and then the opening song with option to skip- so maybe cue up/start up point could be after skipping the intro? Which I think seeing 2 or three seconds of the first visual in the opening won’t spoil much of anything- but that also assumes everyone would be watching along using Netflix. I don’t know, maybe others could weigh in on ideas for doing this, how many episodes, or if it’s even necessary- just thought at least going in totally blind to the first episode or two might be cool.
