PSA: Mailing address issues

This PSA is mostly for new physical rewards Patrons + those who need to update their addresses + those I've spoken to about these issues.

If you aren't changing your address any time soon & have been receiving your rewards without issue, go ahead and skip this post.

Hi, everyone! This is mars @ v @

So, you might remember that I mentioned an issue with updated addresses not "sticking" to Patron profiles recently. We've had Patrons reach out to Patreon support & Hydra and I have done the same to receive very little help. Patreon basically said "lol idk that's weird" and "MaYBE it's Ur BrOwsEr?" and we've been a little at a loss for what to do if the site just won't let Patrons add/update their addresses. I've been writing people down and we are having to add them manually to our labels when we generate them each month. It's a little stressful because we're always worried about someone getting left out.

With all that said, we may have found a box that went unchecked recently that seems to have affected the $13 BEHEMOTH tier. We're not 100% sure that was the issue, but as I'm still waiting to hear back from Patreon support about what we can do to help anyone with this, the only thing you can do is check your address on your profile/membership on the main page of Hydra's Patreon. (You may only be able to do this on desktop/the mobile browser. Not sure how to check it in the app atm)
