This is a pretty straightforward adventure. There is no real mystery here, and a promise of a wish is an extremely powerful motivator for any group.
The biggest issue is that the final fight won't be much of anything for a party larger than about 4 people. If your party is large, or particularly powerful, you may want to consider having the two water elementals and six ice mephits attack at the same time as Zikran and the water and air elementals guarding him.
