Another Arisa lookalike. The tube the parasite is in is supposed to be interpretive. It has modified her body to accept it. Much like how a uterus gets much bigger with a full grow fetus in it, I have applied this concept to a different part of her body. Maybe it is her intestine. I also wondered what it would feel like for a girl to have a parasite take up so much room in her torso without her looking inflated on the outside. This was probably inspired by horsehair worm videos, which show a normal looking insect give birth to a worm that is so long you wonder how the bug still looked normal sized before.
