A parasite sneaks up on a girl doing her workout, and shoots its tentacle into her, launching smaller tentacles throughout her body. Then it pulls itself in with such strength and speed that it swings around wildly before completely entering her.
I imagine how she senses the weight of it throwing her off balance as she tries to stay standing up and hopelessly preventing it from going in.
Note the saliva between her teeth for added realism and disgustingness.
The socks add mild half-naked imagery. Bare feet would symbolically be naked, shoes clothed.
The reason it has one main tentacle at the start is if it used more than one at the start, they could go in different openings in the clothes and that would prevent it from going completely inside her, if that makes sense. Basically it evolved to not get tangled in human clothes. There are many other ways this can be done, which will be explored in different pictures.
